Letters and Testimonials:

I love your new radio station and it's programing of oldie's music 24/7 you bring back a lot of memories. Keep up the good program!!!! I listened to it come on the air at 8:30 the other night.

Dan

Good job you two. I only listen to your station now coming into work. Keep up the good work. Pat and Doug

Just a short note to congratulate you on WEAK-LP. I work in Athens and really enjoy the station. I'm employed by the Southeast Ohio EMS District as the Station Chief for Athens. I live in Wellston and can pick up your station on Route 32 near Route 689 near the Athens/Meigs County line. There's a little fading and multipath between 689 and Albany, but very strong all the way into Athens.

I am an aspiring LPFM operator for Wellston, but wasn't ready to go during the original filing window. If we ever see another LPFM filing, I'm trying for 102.3 MHz or 102.9 MHz to do an oldies format similar to yours. In any case, keep up the great work. Love the station and the music. You've proven that LPFM can truly be a success.

Rick

I have not turned your station "off" since I turned it "on".....WOW!!!! What terrific music selections......keep up the great work. I tell everyone I see about your station.

Debra

I read about WEAK in A-News and Messenger. Signal comes in decently over here on Angel Ridge if I rotate the boom box and antenna just right.

Your music is fantastic. The composite tunes I just heard about 11:15pm tonight was awesome. The Ad Council stuff is nice too.

You're doing a very classy job. I plan to send in a contribution to help you recoup some of your costs (hope I don't forget).

Ken

Your website is great! I look forward to hearing your music as soon as I can find it on the radio dial at work. Keep up the good work guys!

Opal from Pickerington, OH

Great Stuff! You have replaced that other non-profit station as my favorite spot on the dial. How can I help? Thanks and keep up the good work.

Jim

Hi! I picked up your station driving through Union the other day and haven't changed the channel yet - thanks for bringing back many fond memories from my youth! I will be happy to contribute to your cause, please let me know how to do so. Thanks.

Scott

Richard and Jim,

Congratulations! WEAK, 106.7 FM is a reality and entertaining the Athens listeners twenty-four hours a day.

You've done a great job. The variety of music and production mix well together. The singing clock gives the station a unique sound. It all sounds very professional. Other oldies stations become boring quickly, but WEAK leaves the listener in anticipation--what's coming next? They won't want to turn it off.

You've put a lot of time and money into this project, and I'm happy for both of you.

As a marathon listener to both f.m. and a.m. radio, I don't think I've ever heard an obscure 50's doo-wop tune wedged between Steve Miller and Ray Stevens! Great format!

Eric

I'm back where I've always been when I listen to all those old memories - some long forgotten. The 50's - 60's are still here. Wish we could go back with all our friends; swimming, record hops, walking home from the show & Elvis when WE were new!

Never stop! We didn't know what we had. Thanks for bringing it back - if only in our dreams!

A Constant New Listener

What a great radio station! I haven't heard any repeats yet!

Hoping for a stronger signal all the way to Amesville!

Beverly
